Hello,
How do you make kindling blind?
I have used an axe to chop out tree roots or generally do demolition, am fair with a tree saw - use to cut down and shape our Christmas tree every year, sort of a Northwest thing - but am wondering how you all do this?
We recently got a house with a fireplace used for heating, so will buy a cord of split firewood I think in the fall. How do you convert some of it to kindling? Tools I have now consist of tree saw and hatchet.
Thanks for suggests, craftspeople.

use a small axe, then a saw, then 10000000 tonnes of explosive to blow the lot sky high? no, just the axe and the saw.

Thanks, was wondering about that. Tree saw oughta do it for the sawing? Or should I get one of the bigger carpenter saws - I think they're called - which are used to cut boards with?
Thank you.
